1. Hammer and Glammer - Thor and Loki can use Running Shot and Shape Change.
2. Might and Mischief - (non-optional) Thor and Loki uses Battle Furry and can use Exploit Weakness.
So while both of these powers are active they can no longer can use Running Shot do to the Battle Furry not allowing ranged attacks, and must then get in close and personal to make use of the Exploit Weakness.

What stinks is that they have that combo for 4 clicks
yeah, but since it's from a Special power... who knows what they are paying for the redundant combo. Nothing, maybe.
Plus, you can always use Running Shot to qualify for Opportunist.
Battle Fury says the character can't make Range Combat Attacks.
I thought that Thor and Loki could still use Running Shot as it is a power action and gives a Ranged Combat Action but couldn't do a Duo Attack as it gives 2 Ranged Combat Attacks.
Is there a big difference between attack and action?
Mjolnir worthies: Molly Hayes x2, Blue Lantern Flash, Hot Captain America, Zoom, Captain Boomerang, Nightcrawler
Ah, a 'the special power is half useful' kind of guy
Kinda. And of course we do not know what T&L pay for their Speed SP... I'd be surprised if the cost per click was equal to the cost per click of Shape Change and Running Shot though.

A ranged combat action always leads to a ranged combat attack. T&L cannot use Running shot while on their Battle Fury clicks.
I understand the non-optional part was meant to prevent T&L from turning off your their Battle Fury, but does the non-optional part mean T&L must use Exploit Weakness, instead of being able to perform a Duo Attack?

Nope.
EW is a close combat action.
Duo Attack is a power action.
Simply assign the desired action and then go to town.
in a multiplayer game you can convince a friend to outwit the battle fury power... then you're golden again.

Yes and no.
Battle Fury all by itself can't be countered. It is MIGHT AND MISCHIEF that would be countered, which would also get rid of Exploit Weakness. Now, that may be a fair trade in your mind (since you can range attack again), but I just wanted to point out that it isn't all gain with no loss.
The non optional special power says that they can USE Battle fury, not that they posses the power battle fury.
If they can USE the power then they can choose to use it or not, and I´m not talking about Might and Mischief I´m talking about battle fury.
Can someone explain this to me?
If you need the 2012 Rules Book and PAC in Spanish PM me ^ What he said. Vlad´s Stamp of approval

Because it is non-optional; it says so right in the MIGHT AND MISCHIEF description.
