I have a question about the Riddler from AA. His special power, Riddle Me This, reads "The Riddler can use Incapacitate. He can use it normally or as a free action targeting a single opposing character if he has been given and will take no other free actions that turn. When he uses Incapacitate as a free action, and successfully hits a target, choose a number from 1 to 6 and roll 2d6. If the chosen number comes up on either die, Incapacitate resolves normally; if the chosen number comes up on both die, give the target 2 action tokens if it has zero action tokens."
What I'm wondering is, if the named number turns up on neither die, does the incapacitate action still resolve normally? I imagine it does, since nothing says otherwise, but I just want to make sure. Thanks!
Trying to catch up after five or six years away from the game.

no number shows up= 0 tokens placed
1 shows up=1 token placed
2 shows up=2 tokens placed.
As stated above the target would take no action tokens however I think worth mentioning is if the number you chose does not come up the target has still been successfully hit by incapacitate just under the special rules it doesn't take an action token so if you were using a feat such as stunning blow you would still deal damage.
That is quite true. It just becomes less useful to use Incapacitate than Outwit and Perplex, since Incap's a gamble and the others give guaranteed results. I still like him quite a lot.
I also feel a touch silly for playing him the other way in a game (not that it mattered much, since I lost pretty nicely anyways). I thought that since it said nothing about what happened if the number was not rolled, it just resolved normally then too. Oh well.

I remember the horde of Riddlers that were pulled and used at the Arkham Asylum sealed events. Then I wake up screaming. All the winning teams I saw had Riddlers on them. He doesn't need to be any better.
Wow. I'd never seen stunning blow before. That is good. Now I need a copy. I remember hearing you can print off the feat cards now and use them. Is that correct? If so, where do I find a PDF?

Absolutely - a character can be given any number of free actions in a turn, limited only by the wording of the powers being used (Once per turn, etc.). The only exceptions are powers that specifically limit a character to choosing one of a list of powers to use per turn.
Incorrect.
Riddle Me This: The Riddler can use Incapacitate once per turn. He can use it normally or as a free action targeting a single opposing character if he has been given and will take no other free actions that turn. When he uses Incapacitate as a free action and successfully hits a target, choose a number from 1 to 6 and roll 2d6. If the chosen number comes up on either die, Incapacitate resolves normally; if the chosen number comes up on both dice, give the target enough action tokens so that it has two action tokens.
If he takes any free action at all, he can no longer use Incapacitate as a free action that turn.

Yeah, just realized that, and was coming back to correct. I totally skipped that part of the SP when I was reading over it, for some reason.
