The Fortitude-feated character's powers cannot be Outwitted. So does that mean that even though he's got Fortitude his Flight, Carry, Duo-Attack, Sharpshooter, Giant-Stride, Multiattack, Indomitable, Swim or Capture can be Outwitted? .

that is correct.
Its always fun to outwit flight on a HSS character and put up smoke cloud around them so they can't do anything.
When it was first released back in Legacy, you could Outwit the character's ability to soar. That was pretty much it.
well actually back then you could not even do that since Fort said "The character ignores other characters' Exploit Weakness and Outwit. "
so even trying to outwit soaring they would ignore it.

Indeed. Except, I wasn't disucssing Fortitude itself... he had asked if WK used to make a distinction between abilities and powers. Which I answered.
How about team abilities? Can you still outwit those even if the target has fortitude?
You can't Outwit TAs normally, anyway. It says so right in the Outwit description. Now if you use the Dissent feat or have an SP like Skull-ojacket's, that's another story...

Depends on exactly how you are countering that TA, though. For example, with Dissent we have:
DISSENT
Cost: 18
Prerequisite: Outwit
Choose a character. When the character uses Outwit, it may choose to counter a team ability possessed by a single target opposing character as if that team ability were a power, instead of countering a power.
Power Cosmic/Quitessence characters have been ruled to not be valid targets for Dissent since Dissent essentially treats TAs as powers (underlined above) and PC/Q prevents powers from being countered. Since Fortitude has similar wording, Dissent would not work on a Fortituded character's TA.
But Yellowjacket's TRAITOR sp says nothing about treating TAs like powers; just that he can counter TAs. So Fortitude would not protect a TA from TRAITOR.
TRAITOR: Yellowjacket can use Outwit. He can use it normally, or he can choose a team ability possessed by an opposing character 6 or fewer squares away to which he can draw a clear line of fire and counter that team ability on all opposing characters.

Time Trapper's Negate is this power as well.
