Waitaminnit. After looking at that last page again, there is something interesting going on.
I thought it was simply a random assortment of characters the younger Sphinx summoned, but that is clearly not a random bunch. Every single one of those characters has something in common with the Sphinx himself - they all derived their power from a mysterious stone of some sort.

The only thing I don't understand yet is, did the younger Sphinx actually summon Talon or Razor or did they somehow hear the datastream-song of his summons and follow it, since the Sphinx doesn't seem to perceive them/Darkhawk?
Superman: "One of these days, Lois....POW!!! Right to the Marvel Universe!"
Are these stones all supposedly related in some way? This must have something to do with why the older Sphinx was unable to percieve Darkhawk.
Weeeeirrrrd.....
Not weird. It was mentioned some years back that most of the power stones, aside from the infinity gems and the magical ones Dr Strange has, are related to each other by way of the lifestone tree.

Read the part about the connections between the stones near the bottom of that page.
After my last posts, I did some more googling and found another site talking about the Lifestone Tree, something I have never heard of. I was going to come back and post on that, but JTR already had us covered by then. Good one.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.
No magic stone collection is complete with Juggernaut.
He needs to show up and kick Nova around for awhile.
Three issues of Amazing Spider-Man that come out in April will have Juggernaut and Spidey together in a story written by Roger Stern. I love typing that.

Another person underestimating poor Richie!
Can Juggy fly? He might find it difficult to get a hold of Nova. At least on this world/construct/whatever it is, he wouldn't have to worry about Nova bringing him up into space to see how long he can hold his breath...
