Figures #097 - 120 were only in the Euro Indy packs. There were also some figures that were only in the North American release, but I don't know which figures that applies to. But I believe all the uniques and most of the REVs were the same on both continents.
Well, there were only 8 Europe-only REVs, so I assume there had to be regular figures in there too or the packs would've gotten pretty repetitive. You can see the figures in the Units section. The European ones are numbers 97-120 in the Indy set.
Edit-Beaten to it.

Other differences:
#43 through #66 were not in the EU packs.
There was different booster art (Judge Dredd featured prominantly on one of the packs).
There was far less EU made.
In the EU packs #97-#120 were one per booster and came in plastic sleeves that were black, a color never used in US boosters.
That's all I can remember.
Comical, Woolverine, Pop of Pop's Culture Shoppe and Wellsboro Comic Con.

Some of the regular U.S. IndyClix that weren't available in U.K. IndyClix boosters included the Darkness, Natalia Kassle, Major Maxim, and (I think) Bron. It wasn't a satisfactory situation for either American or Commonwealth Nation fans, and I think WizKids learned a lesson and never repeated the "U.K. exclusives" experiment.
actually zero, i remember when it came out...a lot of US guys were trying to get ahold of those Euro only figs, and no one wanted to trade for the US figs, they just sold them on eBay for $20 an REV...no one seemed to want the boons, brons and darknesses that i ever saw...in fact, to get the two judges i do have, i had to trade a couple of uniques for them...
Contrary to popular belief, I do know what I'm doing
I think that in general, the U.K. exclusive s were more interesting than the U.S. exclusives. Partly it was better dials, and partly it was name recognition - The Darkness was a hot title for awhile, but Judge Dredd has been around for decades.
If my memory still serves me (which is never a sure thing these days), I had opened both UK & US IndyClix and both the starter sets & boosters were easily identified by the box art. The US boxes had the red background & the UK boxes had a grey background IIRC. Just a FYI if you're thinking of tracking any down.

This is correct. My venue both have both kinds of boosters availible...
I as lucky enough to trade with two very fair-minded Europeans (Noman and EmporerNorton). I have also since collected a few extra Euro Indy pieces...if I could only find them...
Four "2000 AD" pieces were available in US boosters: Judge Dread, Agent Hershey, Johnny Alpha and U Judge Death.
Despite my opinion that the US figures were "better" (more variety), it was the decision to not make the "UK" versions available in the USA at release time that convince me to not bother with ever trying to "complete" a collection. (The 'exclusive' figures were the rares for the set)
The irony is that had WizKids inserted all the rares in each of the Indy boosters, it is very likely that sales of extra boosters would have mitigated the "over-produced" Indy set, at least in terms of the boosters, not necessarily the starters. AFAIK, the over-produced Indy set skewed a lot production/sales decisions when Topps took over.
