Speed - Sic'em: Joker Beyond can use Mind Control. When he does, he can target friendly characters. If he targets a friendly character when using Mind Control, he does not take damage due to the point value of the target. Attack - Laughing Gas: Joker Beyond can use Poison and Smoke Cloud. Defense - Ion Blast: Joker Beyond can use Mastermind. Give Joker Beyond a power action and choose any square on the battlefield. As a free action, Joker Beyond can use Pulse as if he occupied the chosen square and deal 1 unavoidable damage to Joker Beyond after the action resolves.
I don't understand the speed special power. How is the special option any different than just moving your friendly characters on their own? And I don't recall Joker Beyond using Mind Control on anyone in the future save for the person he replaced.

You can use it to make one of your characters take more than one action per turn. Throughout most of the movie (mostly, in the beginning), he ordered the gang around and they followed orders without question. The easiest way to show that in HeroClix is with Mind Control.

this is cool but he seems over powered for that joker. Sure he was good but not 130 good. one clix less and 2 less masterminds and he's a good 110 joker

I never did put the Joker in there, seems like an interesting dial, gotta say the Pulse Wave idea is neet, dunno how balanced it'd be in game but still very unique.

I know, I was joking. I don't really know if Joker deserves that Sick Em! SP. Maybe also make a dial for that Spliced freak and give him some kind of power that would do what you're going for. I also don't know if Joker deserves that many clicks of life. But otherwise, great! Keep up the good work.
