Before the beginning of each player's first turn, that player chooses a team symbol possessed by an opposing character. Disoriented our young runaways awaken on the floor of the Leapfrog.

Molly: “What happened?”

“I don’t know” Victor answered. “The leapfrog was handling just fine when I all of a sudden lost control”.
From underneath one of the piloting chairs a muffled groan is heard…

Chase: “That’s it Johnny 5! That’s the last time you pilot the Frog, I’m taking over the rains… Old Lace get of me! I know we share a psychic bond but I have no interest in becoming a Siamese.. uhmm..human-dino thingy.”

OL: “Rrrrrrr?”

A battered Chase pushes the genetically engineered Deinonychus aside. Ouch that’s going to leave a mark…

Karolina: “Is everybody ok? Nico?”

Slowly getting to her feet the leader of the group answers; “I’m fine Karolina.” Perplexed she looks at her companions. “What or who could have caused this?”

From the shadows a voice answers: “That would be me.”

Nico: “You? It can’t be!”

OL: “HSSSSSSSSSS!”

Karolina: “Alex???”

A boy steps into the light and nods.

Molly: “No way!”

Victor:” He could be a Skrull?” Biting his lip he quickly turns to Karolina. “I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to bring that up.” The young Majesdanian’s face is saddened and her eyes fill up with tears.

Alex: “No, I’m no Skrull.”

Chase clenches his teeth: “What do you want “Judas”?! “

Alex sighs: “Redemption…and possibly forgiveness.”

Nico: “I don’t understand?”

Alex: “I’ve temporarily escaped my “life impairment” and I’m looking to make the current situation permanent.”

Chase: “Uhm..Say wha?”

Victor: “He’s looking for a way to remain alive.”

Chase gives Victor an angry look: “Thank you senor Babel Fish… Well you can translate this… He’s %*#£% out of luck, I’m sending him straight back to wherever he came from”. Chase raises his Fistigons. “You’ll pay for your betrayal and you’ll pay for what your old man did. The death of Gert will be paid with your blood…TRAITOR!”

Alex eyes widen and he quickly yells: “I can get her back!”

Nico: “Chase STOP! “

She calmly turns to their former leader. “Alright…Talk! How do we get Gertrude back?”

Alex smiles and reveals an old book covered with ancient markings. In the center of the book is a red painted symbol, a foot with six toes. “With this!”

Nico: “That has already been thought of. The cost is too high. We won’t sacrifice an innocent soul.”

Alex: “That was a flawed version of the Abstract. The Gibborim edited the book to suit their needs. This is an unspoiled version. Their very own “Bible” if you will. And with this we can get her back.”

Victor: “What’s the catch and what’s in it for you?”

Alex: “Well it’s dangerous and as I said I’m hoping it will be enough to save my soul.”

Chase: “Hmmpf I’m In, I’ll do anything if it means getting Gert back”. He turns and points a metal finger at Alex. “But I don’t trust you. Slip up and you’ll be dino droppings!”

OL: “RRRRRRRRRRRRR!”

Nico: “Calm down Chase, We're all in. So how does this work?”

Alex: “Well according to the Abstract we’ll need to acquire certain artifacts in order for this to work.” He grabs something out of his bag. “I paid a visit to some secret stashes of the Minorus, Steins and the Yorkes and found the parts for this.” He holds up a circular disc with ornate markings combined with technology.

Molly: “Oooooooo, It’s pretty.”

Karolina: “What is it?”

Alex: “This, my fellow adventurers is a reality disc.”
