That's not too bad actually, leaves you with 16 points of feats. I'd put Contingency Plan (12 points) on The Riddler and Inside Information (4 points) on Batman.
The main thing is that you may run into trouble with ranged teams that can see through Stealth, HA Captain America in particular or anyone with Elite Sniper. Close combat power figures may be a problem as well, someone like SI Namor for instance. Keep an eye out for things like that and you should do okay.
In general when I build teams I like to have 1 ranged figure, 1 close combat figure then maybe a tie-up figure then whatever else. I don't always adhere to that, but it's a good rule of thumb.

There are far too many good options for feats, like Takedown or Stunning Blow for Nightwing, Lunge, Nanobots, or Life Model Decoy for Batman, Flashbang for Robin/Sandman, Coordination is another good choice, and Opportunist helps Sandman switch out of support mode to really help in a time of need.
Nightwing's ability to share his 17 defense to an injured sandman can make a difference, Outsiders on its own is a highly underused ability. It shuts off Ranged and Close combat expert, perplexing, Energy Shield/Deflection and Combat Reflexes, several feats and special abilities. Leadership may be a bit overwhelming, but Incapacitate can make a difference against an unoutwittable opponent, even more so if you give him Ambidexterous and Stunning Blow. Plus, a 19 defense no matter what makes him a rock.
Use of Smoke Cloud to make sure you can never be seen regardless of what map you're on, as well as making sure OotS Batman always has a way in (and out) can really turn around any opponent's strategy (made better with Robin being able to squeeze an attack in, and sandman having it along with willpower).
Like before, Range that ignores stealth is a horribly weakness, But! dont ignore the feat Dissent. outwit a team ability like Ultimates! And as for Smokyfoot Cap, youll typically be able to outwit his Special Power that lets him not be blocked.
