If I use Gizmo's special power to give blades to a character already possessing Super Strength, and that SS/Blades character charges an opponent picking up a heavy on the way, would the object damage also get added to the blades roll?
I can't think of any reason why, but I want to be absolutely sure

It would add to the figures base damage value, but that damage value, including the modifier, is replaced by the BCF roll.

Yeah, as far as I can tell, this follows along with the same timing as Haymaker.
Sure you can technically use Haymaker/Super Strength with BCF, but because of the timing of the BCF roll, there really is no benefit (and definitely some negatives... losing the object, taking pushing damage from the feat, etc).

I thought there might be something I was missing.
So here's one last hypothetical. What if the object I picked up was a meteorite? I realize I'm not rolling for the meteor damage, but would the BCF damage be unreducable as per normal meteorite use

Continual. When this object is used in a successful close combat attack, roll one six-sided die and subtract 2 from the result, minimum result 1. Add the result to the attacker's unmodified damage value for the attack. The damage dealt can't otherwise be modified.

Hmm... I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be.
The BCF roll would replace the modified damage value, but the object does specify that damage dealt can't be further modified and BCF does end up dealing damage.
I'd let it ride at my venue, at least
You might be better served though using BCF and EW, and saving the meteorite for an actual SS character

True, I like to ask these questions though in case it ever comes up.

What happens if a character has Quake and B/C/F? As the active player can I choose the order for what happens first? So, can I go quake reduces damage value down to 2 first, then I have BCF replace the damage value with the d6 roll?

Quake (and Incap) specifies that until the attack resolves, the damage becomes [something]. So, until that attack resolves it doesn't matter what you do to that character, the damage value is not changing.
BCF could help bump up a low damage Quake (from 1 to 2), but that'd be it.
I assign Nova Blast to Thor cause he has PW on his last click. If Thor is on his starting click and I have Gizmo give Thor PW, can he use Nova Blast?
I'd think not, since UNBELIEVABLE WEAPONRY only allows the adjacent character to use the power, not possess it, and this power is coming from Mikron anyway.
By that same token, though, the power the character can use via UNBELIEVABLE WEAPONRY should not be able to be countered.

Nope.
Gizmo's SP states that the figures CAN USE the power.
The rulebook states that a power that you can use from an SP can meet the prereq IF the figure can use the power on his own. While he can use the power on his own, he can't use it on his own on that click.
I love how players want to see how a power can be "abused".
I definitely am curious to how the mechanics of Gizmos SP works. And I don't fault anyone for investigating the full potential of his power.
My concern is what players will be able to do and then we will see that tactic copied by countless other players.
Kind of like LAMP. Players didn't play LAMP style formats because they liked the figures.
For 79 points and the type of SP that Gizmo possesses (being only used once) I don't see him being used that often.
I think heroclix has come a long way from the days of every team having Nightcrawler or Jane Foster. I just hope it stays that way.

After knowing these answers, it seems the best two way to "abuse" him is to either start the game off by placing a standard object next to Gizmo and giving him, and two other friendlies (possibly two Lian Harper pogs) TK to get your team out there for a turn. The other (and this isn't really major) is to give Zoom B/C/F so he can HSS + Flurry + BCF with PC for backup.

This is one nasty combo for Zoom that will most likely see some play, although will most likely not be a new game breaking tactic.
