Unbelievable Weaponry: Once per game (but not during another action) when Mikron O'Jeneus is adjacent to a non-held object, as a free action remove that object from the game and choose a standard attack power. Mikron O'Jeneus and up to two friendly characters adjacent to Mikron O'Jeneus can use that power until the beginning of your next turn (even if they are no longer adjacent to Mikron O'Jeneus).
This essentially lets any figure use any ATTACK power. Who will get the most use out of it?
Things you can't do: Poison. Apparently, as stated in the rules forum once per game does not include the beginning of your turn. (Please note: If you have a beef with this, bring it up over there).
Things that come to mind:
Someone mentioned placing an object adjacent to the start zone and using it to grant teammates TK for fast deployment. That seems okay, but really just means the battle will most likely take place on your opponents side of the map, with the TK'ers struggling to catch up. YMMV.
Personally of all the attack powers, I think STEAL ENERGY is the way to go, especially on figures that have Flurry or the Duo ability. Damage an opponent and heal yourself back to full all in the same turn. Imagine si Namor with Steal Energy. Gurk!
Speaking of Flurry - Superstrength is a nice power to add to those that have Flurry, giving them a damage boost (but taking away another object do it!), though Blades may be the better flurry option.
Some have mentioned Pulse Wave - that's all well and good, but the power relies on adjacency, so it requires a little bit of extra set up to not pulse wave your own teammates.
Incap might be fun with the multi-target crowd - you could freeze a team in its tracks for one turn.
Quake could be fun to give to two flying, charging figures and take out a whole mess of minions like moloids.
Titan enemy Blackfire could make use of Psychic Blast.
Powers that will see little use:
Poison (mentioned before), Smoke Cloud could create a lot of hindering terrain, but really the power is probably better spent damaging opponents.
Anyone else have a fun combination?

Many of the power combinations you are suggesting will not work. I overlooked the same part of the text myself when I first read it.
Some combinations are...
Psychic Blast for those with high range and damage
Pulse Wave for those with Running Shot
BCF for those with Flurry
Super Strength for those with Charge
TK for low point pogs (ie. Lian Harper)
Steal Energy to offset pushing damage
Many of the power combinations you are suggesting will not work.
Edit: Nevermind.

Will this stack over or replace their current abilities?
Say if they had B/C/F and you gave them Steal Energy, are they used together or is B/C/F replaced?
I'm guessing it'll boil down to how abilities interact with each other and if they will be compatible to use in the same action etc.

Most powers will stack/overlap, though that doesn't mean they can be used together. You could give someone B/C/F, but it won't really combine with Super Strength.

Also I haven't looking into the wording(so it might not work) but giving someone the power they are missing for the Quake + Steal Energy combo could get you almost a full dial back......in some occasions.
Case in point.......

(Speed) Squash: The Rampaging Hulk can use Leap/Climb. Immediately after the resolution of a move action in which the Rampaging Hulk uses Leap/Climb, he can use Quake as a free action.
(Damage) Smash: The Rampaging Hulk can use Close Combat Expert. At the end of your turn, if there are fewer than six objects in the game, your last opponent to take an action chooses a light standard object from outside the game and places it 6 or fewer squares from the Rampaging Hulk in an unoccupied square to which the Rampaging Hulk has a clear line of fire.

If it would work, you hit a quake on click 7 or 8 with Gizmo giving the SE and you could possibly get all the way back to his first cllick.
It is almost upon us! Are you prepared for the Quarmageddon?
