Not sure if this was already discussed here, but in a recent post on the wizkids page there was an example of the combo using these three feats. The article can be found here: http://wizkidsgames.com/blog/2010/02...n-crazy-combo/
What I'm confused about is that, in the example, Fandral uses the 3 feats together... I may be mistaken, but it doesn't look to me like Fandral can use those 3 feats at the same time during any part of his dial. He can use Lunge and Vault at the beginning, but Maneuver (which I'm pretty sure I have spelled wrong) can't be used until later, when he's lost L/C. Was the boss just using this as an example or....?
Actually, looking through the pieces, I couldn't find a single piece that could use this combo, at least not on their starting clicks. He also mentions Si Electra using this, but I think she only could for 2 clicks, halfway through her dial. Any thoughts? Comments?
The prerequisites for this power indicate that the assigned character must at some point on their dial have either the boot speed symbol, the power Combat Reflexes, or the power Close Combat Expert. Any one of the 3 would suffice.
So literally any character could use Maneuver... including Fandral.
There are those of us that don't care for that clarification. Not only does that seem too permissive, but another fairly reasonable way to interpret the prerquisites would be as AND (Combat Reflexes OR Close Combat Expert)... but we have the player's guide to tell us otherwise.
Okay, the way I was reading it was "boot, Combat Reflexes or Close Combat Expert" so what I thought that meant was that they needed the boot symbol and one of those two powers.

I played this three card combo this past weekend with HA Venom and Lunge/Vault on SI Spidey. (I had Enchantress on the team for some TK/Perp.) I won two of three games and missed the Final 4 by a mere 6 points. Not only was it a really fun combo, it really kept my opponents from knowing where I was going...and where they might end up. Great fun. Try it.
May all your hits be crits!

So a character could use lunge, maneuver, and vault even if one of those powers is not showing? I guess obviously yes if they did it on Wizkids.
In order to use a feat, you need to meet the prerequisites at the time.
However, Maneuver has as a prerequisite, so any boot speed mode figure can use Maneuver whenever they want.
In a combo using Flurry + these three feats (Lunge, Vault, Maneuver), can I use Vault to go back in a suqare adjacent to the first target attacked by Flurry, even if I've moved with Lunge between the two attacks ?

But you can Lunge, then maneuver the poor sob away, lunge again, maneuver the other goon, then vault away next to the first guy you smashed. All in one fluid motion. Pretty cool.
so my Ma Hunkle pog(just as an example) and unsuccessfully attack OotS Batman, and literally drag him out of the shadows so that my Thor can RS him all to Hel?
