Lunge:Choose a character. When the character is given an action, but immediately before it makes a close combat attack, it can break away automatically and move up to 2 squares.

Q:Can i move my full movement with L/C then make an attack with Lunge?
A:No, Lunge does not grant you an attack, it activate immediately before an attack.

Q:Can it be used with CCE?
A:Yes, all it requires to use is for a close combat attack after movement.

Q: If i have L/C can i move from non-elevated to elevated terrain with lunge?
A:No, Since L/C requires a move action for that.

Q:If I start in Hindering terrain is the 2 halved to 1?
A: Hindering terrain affects speed value, the movement of lunge is based on your speed value. Now if for some reason your speed value is dropped to below 2 then that is the most you can move.

Q:Do i have to stop when entering hindering terrain?
A:Yes, movement from lunge follows normal rules, so if you have then you would not or some other power that would allow you to ignore hindering terrain.

Q:If I become adjacent to an opposing character do i have to stop?
A:Yes same as above.

Q:Can i pick up an object while lunging?
A:Yes since it is movement coming from an action, but can not make the action illegal(using CCE then picking up an object)

Q:Can I carry a figure while lunging?
A:Yes since it is movement coming from an action.

Q:Can i lunge more than once with Flurry/Duo?
A:Yes it can be used each time before the Close Combat Attack.

Q:Can I use lunge with HSS/Charge?
A:Yes, as long as it is immediately before the attack.

Never used Lunge before, but have had it used against me. Here's my question, since Lunge gives you an automatic break-away, does that mean you can use it to do a break-away charge attack and move MORE than two squares?

I'll use Balder as an example, since it seems a lot of people like to put Lunge on him. If he's based with (opposing) Phyla-Vell and sees Ultron move into position six squares away, readying a Pulse Wave attack next turn, can Balder use Lunge to break away and Charge over to Ultron to attack him? Thanks for any help.

No. The Lunging (and associated break away ignorance) occurs immediately before the attack, which is after the movement of Charge.
