I would try to pick maps and BFCs to try to overcome the problem that the CPOC will have when it returns to the game: Pick maps without hindering terrain, and perhaps BFCs to improve movement values. (Astral Plane?)
BFC-wise, I'd go with Power Dampening Field or Armor Wars. Your guys don't do all that much damage, so something to get around damage reducers or reduce your opponent's damage potential would be best.
Am I right that CPoC can be carried? Can feats be played on him? I was thinking of playing Swingline on him.
CPoC *can* be carried.
AFAIK, there are no special restrictions against playing feats on him (except those with certain prerequisites). AFAIK, the only feat that specifically *might* be forbidden because of the large base would be Lazarus Pit, but I'm not sure.

Nope, the Lazarus Pit restriction applies to Colossals.
Deep shadows should be the first BFC since everyone's range is pretty low. Follow up with Deep shadows to keep the six ranges flowing. I also couls see you playing communication breakdown since you rely heavily on replacements.
As for map:
Mutations and Monsters seems good as well as the Arkham, Origins and secret invasion maps.
