Your chosen character must be the most have the highest printed point value on your team. The rest of the team may be chosen and feated any way you'd like.

So the green arrow i want to use for this is the 70 point JL014 Green Arrow.

Green Arrow. Its a tournament/league thing. We have to use one character in all our teams each week. SO i have chosen Green Arrow so i can use any green arrow. and there has to be at least one on my team each week. So this week this is the format and i have to use green arrow as the most points on my team.

AA Robin 66
Karate Kid 63
199 points of Martial Artist buttkicking...

I'd actually swap out Karate Kid for Swingline & Armor Piercing on Green Arrow then drop in say AA Question or R Katana, maybe the Man-Bat Assassin.

That's definitely an option, though I prefer to have a powerful close combat attacker in the mix...
