I had a bit of bad luck last night - here's what happened:
One of my figs had a token, as I had used him last turn.
He was successfully mind-controlled by that big ape, Grodd. He is now pushed, 1 click. However, Grodd rolled double sixes on his mind-control attempt. That's another click. These two clicks were not the end, though. When he attempted to have my mind-controlled guy attack someone else on my team, he rolled snake eyes. We decided this means a third click goes to my hapless mind-controlled fig.
Is that correct? If a guy is mind-controlled, and then rolls double ones, does the mind-controlled character take an extra click? As I say, this makes the most sense, but just want to make sure.
Yes, your figure would be taking 3 clicks total. However, careful of the timing. The click from rolling a critical hit on the MC attempt is applied immediately, even before you assign the MCed figure an action. Then he takes the click from his critical miss immediately as well, because the rule book says that it occurs immediately. Lastly, once that's resolved and his action is over, then he receives his pushing damage.
