I don't recall that he had any interaction with the Secret Invasion storyline at all. He continued to fight the foes he fights, none of them turning out to be Skrulls.
During Dark Reign, there were some nods to Osborn running the show, but mostly the Daredevil title continued to do its own thing, mostly ignoring the bigger crossover. There was a Dark Reign: The List Daredevil one-shot and there was a storyline in which Daredevil was fighting Mr. Fear and the Enforcers which showed some interference by the Hood and his gang. Up until Brubaker left the title, the interaction between the events ranged from nonexistent to slim.
In recent issues, though, the connection seems to be more direct. Daredevil has taken over leadership of the Hand and has directed them to come down on the Osborn-sanctioned corruption in NYC, including arresting crooked cops and HAMMER troops and placing them in his underground prison, Shadowland. Shadowland is supposed to be one of the big Marvel crossovers following the end of Siege.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.
Appreciate the information! I just wish he wasn't a loner. Until spiderman got with the avengers, he was pretty much a loner as well. I take that back daredevil was a new avenger for a little bit during the civil war, but not for long.
He passed on the invite and gave Captain America Echo in his place, which was the first identity of Ronin. While he did cross over during a few crisis moments, he's spent a lot of time during the last two story arcs abroad; and since returning to New York, has been leading the hand.
As a way people will think Matt and Dare Devil are to different people cause the FBI were trying to arrest Matt..also DD did join in the final fight with the skrulls...he actually had the hand change there outfits, not they look like devils which is so cool

The non-interaction of the Daredevil title with *any* other Marvel books is the main reason I've stuck with the title. I have really appreciated that it's been doing its own thing for so long.

That's the main reason I've stuck with Punisher MAX, too.
Daredevil HAS to be a loner, though, due to the nature of his powers. He needs quiet. Teams are loudmouthed.
