there should be a way for the players' wishes to be represented. i just read all the 'trait' threads, (use vs. posses) and i think this is petty and infuriating. if enough players think a ruling is stupid, we should be able to overturn it. we're buying these heroclix, we're paying the designers' paychecks. if everyone thinks a rule sucks, then pay attention to us.

btw, batman and green arrow's trait cannot be outwitted when playing at my house.

I shudder to think the effects THAT could have.

Not to mention, I look at the rest of the world and for the life of me I can't figure out where the system of "you know better than we do" is effective...
