I was playing a friendly game last night and two questions came up both involving Lobo.
1) What powers work with the transporter move and attack ability?
The Move and Attack ability is a power action that grants a free close or combat attack, not action... so not much can be effectively combo'd with M&A. Of the standard PAC powers, only Super Strength and Steal Energy will work because they can be used with close combat attacks.

2) If a double based figure is Earthbound/Neutralized can they be carried/tk'd?
Carried, yes. In fact, depending on the combat symbols on the dial, they don't even necessarily need to gain Earthbound. Crisis Flash and the Clown Prince of Crime, for example, do not have any of the combat symbols that prevent being Carried, so they can be Carried without any special tricks.
TK can not be used to move a character with a base larger than a single square.

Reason: Fixed my pre-caffine stupidity

I just wanted to add that M&A only allows for 1 attack, the duo ability allows for 2.
Do both sides of a double base fig with stealth need to be in hindering to receive the benefits of stealth?
I read a rule book I found from 2008, that said that for double base figs, which said that whichever side the drew a line of fire to was the part that counted for hindering etc, but I wasn't sure if stealth changed that or not.
I believe only the square that LoF is being drawn to is needed

Thanks!
And to show you where they all got that answer from, here's the player's guide:
If a multi-base character has some of its base in hindering terrain and some of its base in clear terrain, only the part that is in hindering terrain would gain any benefits of hindering terrain for line of fire purposes.
Part of the "benefits of hindering terrain for line of fire purposes" would include activating Stealth.
And, for the record, the 2008 Rule Book is no longer current. Check the rules link in my signature for the WK rules page where you can download a pdf of the most recent documents.
