The Rules (Stolen from Magnito and JackofHearts2005 of course)

This game will be more complicated than what's described there, as nearly everyone has some sort of 'special thing' about them. Doesn't mean everyone has a night power, but you never know...

2) When you vote, please do so by saying Vote: [Player] in bold. If you wish to change your vote, please say Change Vote: [Player] instead. Voting for 'No Lynch' is a valid vote; if a majority votes for 'no lynch' then nobody will be lynched and we'll move on to the Night phase.

3) If your role says you -may- or -can- PM me a target, you don't have to do anything at night. Even so, it'll speed things along quite a bit if you'd still just send me a PM saying "Not using my [whatever] power tonight, thanks."

4) If your role says you -must- PM me a target, and you do not? I'll pick one randomly. Or, perhaps, not-so-randomly. Don't blame me if you target someone who kills you.

5) You may NOT send a PM to anyone about this game unless your role explicitly says you can. This is cheating.

6) Do NOT edit your posts in this thread. This is cheating.

7) Please do not copy-and-paste anything from any PM I send you to the thread. This is also cheating.

8) Please use discretion if you choose to post in the game after you have been killed. "Screw you whoever killed me" and the like is fine.

11) Day and Night Phases will last 24 hours or 48 hours during the weekend unless otherwise stated. The thread will be closed when it is night, and open when it is day.

12) I DO NOT randomize actions for those that may or can use their power, if you don't submit an action then you do not take one that night. Those that must take an action and don't submit it will be randomized... don't blame me if that randomization hurts you.

Day 1

Geneva, Switzerland...

Geneva is one of those cities that blend old and new together seamlessly, in fact Geneva may be the best city at it. Geneva first appears in antiquity as a border town that was fortified against the Celto-Germanic Helvetii that was later taken by the Romans in 121 BC. The city would change hands many times during the wars of Europe before finally settling into Switzerland and becoming the city of peace.

A scientist approaches his laboratory beside the huge ring on the Franco-Swiss border. This morning has brought a throng of protesters outside of his lab. The group was shouting and waving their signs of "Repent Now!" and "The End is NEAR!" at him as he entered the building. The scientist shakes his head at the notion. How can people be so opposed to science, how do they figure the ink was found to make their silly signs. How do they figure how they could even make the journey to his lab without the endeavors of science. He wondered what would cease to amaze him first, the particle beams, or the stupidity of humans, his money was on the latter.

"Primary magnets charged, initiation of Lead introduction imminent", squawked the loudspeaker as the scientist sat down with his coffee. The hum of the magnets was always soothing, and pushed away thoughts of the people outside. This is where he gets down to work, that elusive Higgs Boson would not stay hidden forever. Others called it the "God Particle", and with good reason... finding it would explain the 'missing' mass in an atom, and stand the Standard Model on its ear.

The beam of charge lead atoms began its journey circling the 27 km tunnel. As the beam reached relativistic speeds it began to shed its electrons. Soon, only the nuclei remained as it continued its orbit. It missed the first pass and attempted collision with its sister particle, no matter there were plenty of more chances along its journey. Suddenly, the magnet energies increased logarithmically, the charged matter in the lead nuclei increased in entropy until it became a bound state of roughly equal numbers of up, down, and strange quarks. The lead nuclei entered total entropy and experienced all states of matter concurrently right when it collided with its sister beam. The collision measured many times more in energy than the accelerator was meant for and immediately collapsed upon itself.

Chaos reigned in the lab as the loudspeaker repeated "Collision energies out of range, attempting to abort", when suddenly everything in the room warped and blue-shifted to the eye of the scientist. Light bent to the will of the hungry maw of matter that had appeared within the ring. As the tidal effects of the black hole increased, the scientist stretched in ways that are not even imaginable. Suffice to say that he was able to see the back of his own head before the bones cracked...

As the Earth collapsed on itself, space-time was rendered like a dull knife through cloth. Where there is death, there is also life. Another Earth filled the void, this Earth contained random objects and ideas solidified from the previous one. Characters appeared, brought to life from the imaginations of the dead planet. Some had murder in their eyes...
