I do not have my drive with the maps with me, but I can build my team.
Also, since its 500 points, you'd need one more Soldier to make theme. (Non generic is 1 per every 100 points)

If Uncle Sam wasn't at V 15, just put him where he was supposed to be. I doubt I put a Barrier where he was supposed to be, since Cain Marko isn't next to any of them.

James Rhodes running shots to P12 placing Frank Castle on P11 targeting nico and rolls (5+1) then (4+4) for jason bloods prob then (2+5) hitting for 3 and taking a push click.
Uncle Sam transporters to U11 using move and attack on nico rolling a (1+6) then a (4+3) hitting for 4 and the the KO and places Cain Marko on V11.

-2 to carry applies after the halved movement of Running Shot, meaning Rhodes can't reach P11 while carrying Frank Castle. Gargoyle (from his square at R7) can also see Rhodes for PC.
Leap Climb doesn't work with Transporter attack anymore. Transporter has been changed to literally "Hypersonic with -2 attack and no halving of range value."
Since it's an indoor barrier, War Machine can't fly over it. Running by himself he can get to P12 at farthest to shoot Nico at the mercy of my two PC's. O12 is fair too, and it blocks Gargoyle's PC, but he's gotta hit Nico through Hindering that way.
The numbers on the pieces are in the listed order, of course.
I wouldn't stick the new rules too hard, but Nico's pretty much my lynchpin until I get your guys off those heavy duty reducers. I'm using AP on Black Flash instead of Auto Regen from now on...
Rhodes moves to P14 placing punisher on P13 were I believe he blocks line from Jason Blood and gargoyle and performs a running shot on Black Adam/Shazam rolling a (4+4) hitting for 1 past invuln and causing him to drop the object but deals no knockback due to duo if I remember correctly.
Uncle Sam does the same thing minus the attack and drops Juggy at U12.

Rolls (10)+6+4= 20, hits, but I'm probbing anyway.
Gargoyle Prob= 3+4, hits, but not what I wanted.
Blood Prob= 4+4 18. Hits for 2, toughness makes it 1 and with 1 knockback Punisher is moved to O14.
Black Flash moves to V13 and wonders why he didn't use Armor Piercing.
Nico declares her power as Perplex, and uses it to boost Black Flash's base defense to 20.
Jason Blood runs to P12
Nico, Black Adam, and Gargoyle clear.
Nico gets a third and final contingency token.
Any attack made that hits Black Flash will be probbed by Gargoyle first, and then Jason Blood. Blood will use a theme PC if all else fails.
If Juggernaut attempts to break away, same prob order as above.
If Punisher successfully shoots Blood, Blood will prob it. Theme if necessary.
