Carrying this over from General to see if the RAs can comment yet: Can Atom use his special power Indigo Tribe to heal someone that is not a Black Lantern Corps KW'd fig when the Blackest Night BFC is in play?

I understand that I am not an RA or RD and that you don't feel comfortable taking the word of someone who is neither. However as I stated in the other thread that you started (and I posted the link to), The BFC doesn't stop anyone from using Support (or any other powers or TA's that heal). It only limits who can be effected. Whether or not BN Atom's uses a standard power or not is irrelevant if you are asking if Atom can use his SP. He can. Even if it has no effect he can.

Now, having said that I also went into detail about whether or not Atom is using the a standard power when he uses his SP, I've already stated that he is indeed using a standard power. He is. Therefore the only figures that will be healed by Atom are the ones with the BLC keyword.

Thus, it is not a standard power. Atom can heal characters.

If I may point out, "SP" is the abbreviation of both Special Power and Standard Power... it's probably best to use something more obviously specific.

Fair enough. I always say "power" when I am talking a bout a standard power (though I freely admit I also use "power" when speaking about any power at all, in general) and I always say "SP" when talking about special powers, but some might not understand.

He uses Support which is a power whose effects are described on the Powers and Abilities Card.

Sounds logical. Atom is using "support" to heal. Not the Special power, which just gives him support.
