Ok tell me if im wrong:
I made a 500 point team, in my Team i play 4 count them 4 night shades, i played on all of them the following Feats: Armor peircing, Flashbang AA, and Flashbang CD. (we dont play feat caps) Now that is legal right with the two flash bangs? the new rule book reads: " a character cant be assigned multiple copies of the same feat" since it says this i can put these flash bangs on cause there different feats right?
Which brings me to my next Q, Can i stack the smoke clouds? ( Cheese I Know) But i stacked these like 8 high making some figures taking 16 clixs? Is that legal?

The part I bolded would not be possible under the current rules. Each Nightshade can drop 4 smoke cloud tokens, but each one must be on a different square than the others. With 4 Nightshades on your team, the highest a stack could be would be 4 because it is fine for one Nightshade to stack a smoke cloud token on one previously placed by a different Nightshade.
I thought the new change to Smoke Cloud meant you couldn't stack smoke cloud tokens anymore?
SMOKE CLOUD Give this character a power action; put up to four hindering terrain markers in distinct, adjacent squares that are all within this character’s range and do not contain blocking terrain. A character with a range of 0 uses this power as if it has a locked range of 1. This character must have a clear line of fire to at least one of the terrain markers. The terrain markers remain until the beginning of your next turn.
So Nightshade #1 puts her four tokens in four distinct (AKA: different squares). None of her four can be in the same square.
Then Nightshade #2 puts her four in four distinct squares. None of her four can be in the same square... but nothing at all says that they can't be in a square that Nightshade #1 used.
All this change really does is prevent a single character from overlapping their tokens. Which was really useful for Toro, since he could put all four squares into a single square on the map adjacent to an opponent which would then gaurantee his SP would kick in.
Can I use her smoke cloud plus re free one I get from flashbang at the same time. Creating two overlapping poison clouds?
FLASHBANG
Cost: 3
Prerequisite: Smoke Cloud
Choose a character. The character can use Smoke Cloud as a free action if it is given a move action immediately before or after using Smoke Cloud.
After this feat it used, remove it from the game.
The feat only allows a free Smoke Cloud before or after the character is given a move action. Using Smoke Cloud is a power action.
So Nightshade can either move/use Flashbang or use her normal Smoke Cloud. There is no way she can use both Flashbang and her normal Smoke Cloud in a single turn.
Well... there is always Compel, I guess. But definitely no way she can do it on her own.
