(he changed and left the alpha flight when he lost his arm and had a hard time controling his powers. then he was recruited by im sure the keyword gave it away. he gave him a biotech arm. and some enhancements to help his powers.) technically evil at this point.

(and so the conclusion to the hero as he returns after so long breaking from Apocalypse and spend much time in seclusion. when a daring plan to help defend Vancouver from a wondering Hulk, though much was done he retreated and Torrent was offered back at Alpha Flight.)
so that was my custom hero. oh i forgot to mention his powers were to manipulate existing elements. not like element lad or firestorm who changes the structure. think of pyro but with lots of other elements.

yes you would be able to choose then. his design was to be able to either trap a figure in a corner or to help team members who have stealth or what not.
i know when i did this figure when secret invasion was out i never looked over the wording.
