Actually I think it is correct ......for Loki that is, and only 1 "M"
GLAMER : (archaic, Scottish) The visual influence of a charm, causing people to see things differently from what they are. Hence, to cast a glamer is to cause a visual deception.
Your spellings are correct for modern times, but in the dark ages or time of magiks (yes that is spelled right, magic is modern), things are spelled differently and that is what is meant on the card not the modern spelling.

As Loki isn't Scottish, and that seems more like an old fashioned Scottish mangling of a word, I'm going to go with typing error

"Glamer" is properly archaic, but "magik" actually isn't. The Greek adjective does start off as "magikos" but we get it via Latin, "magicus" and the "c" spelling holds for a long time. (If you can find an archaic example of it spelled with a "k" let me know.) About 50 years ago Alistair Crowley started spelling it "magick" to differentiate between traditional views of supernatural power and the procedures and "spells" he was promulgating.
Not that any of that matters. Just making conversation.
Also, even if "glamer" is Scottish in origin and foreign to Norse dialect--WHO CARES? Thor speaking in Elizabethan (Shakespearean) English is pretty off-base too. But it sounds cool!

I will stick with my theory in a lot of old lore books and even some games I have played, it was spelled the same way.....just picked the Scottish example as a quick reference. So we can agree to disagree...

So Glamer would evolve in to Glamour. Cool. Do I need to use a Moonstone or wait until night time to evolve it then?
