Ares is one of my favorite Marvel characters and I was a bit disappointed by the sculpt that we got in Avengers, the costume was fairly accurate but he seemed small and the pose was pretty boring so the idea of sculpting a new one has been bouncing around in my head for some time.

Just to clarify this figure was just sculpted for fun and is not a part of any upcoming sets.

Totally awesome! Ares should have been in WoS. Now that Dark Avenges are irrelevant and Ares is dead... we'll probably never get to see a nicely sculpted version of him...

Ben that is freakin awesome. Much better sculpt than the one from Avengers. Actually, add in a Dark Avengers keyword and put that sculpt on that Ares dial and I think we're good.
