Would you play this Hulk for fun? I'd like to see more pieces like this, almost something like an Event Dial, which you could call a Scenario Figure or something. Except they wouldn't have to be Colossals which would make them much easier and cheaper to produce.
No special powers, but powers on every part of the dial.
Indomitable + Giant + Duo (to represent multiple attack capabilities)
It represents Bruce Banner on clicks 1 and 11, and there are some Hulk-transition clicks in there as well.
The Steal Energy is used to complement the Regeneration.

The big problem with this Hulk would be getting hit for massive damage on the first click, but even if he's hit for 7 straight damage (which is pretty high on the damage scale), he lands on 15 Flurry, 12 Steal Energy, 19 Invulnerability, and 4 Battle Fury.
I might have to actually print the dial out and play for fun.
I guess 275 points sounds about right, but it may be too high. I don't know.

i think 275pts seems about right i mean his number are insane. but i am not good with pts either lol. but i mean all in all i would use him. i would probably use him as a perplexer at first till i actually need him then throw him to the wolves and hope he gets hit to the 21 def.

Did you add Incapacitate and Defend just to give him a full dial of powers? They look really odd there and will certainly never be of any use.
And what's with the Shapechange?
Anyway, I would play this Hulk if you lowered his defense in places, increased his damage, and maybe lost Duo Attack. If he was a "scenario figure" I think he could get away with having Multiattack instead of Duo Attack, at towards the middle and end.

I did want a full dial of powers, I thought that would be fun.
The Defend is to represent Banner trying to protect Rick Jones from the Gamma Ray explosion in Hulk # 1. Incap is just a throw in, I was thinking about Pulse Wave to represent the gamma ray explosion, as well.
The Shape Change is definitely to represent his actual shape change from man to monster. It surprises me that we've never had a Hulk with shape change, even though we've had Hulks with activation clicks.
I also thought it was neat that he wouldn't be able to use the Duo Attack or Indomitable until he gets past the Earthbound/Neutralized.

Very interesting. Hulk's speed should never go that high, even with super jump. 11 at most. He's not flash. The rest of the dial seems pretty accuarate
On the speed thing, I'm thinking of situations where we've seen Hulk jump a mile or two at a time, when he's really bounding over the desert, kind of like Doomsday did when he first appeared. I think that warrants a pretty high speed value, just for the vast distance he covers on one of those jumps.
Again, I'm thinking of this piece as like a scenario dial, like a mini-colossal or something, but much cheaper to produce and purchase.
I really like this dial, but after looking at it for a few days, there probably needs to be some higher damage values, but I like all the Shape Change and other stuff.
I am going to print it out and try to play a 300 point game with it, straight up without feats, against a normal 300 point team.

Just throwing this out there... but why not knock the duo thing off, but give him a trait for Flurry.
He's the Hulk, so I'd buy it. Then you could add more charge and that sort of thing.
I certainly like that he doesn't need special powers, but there are combos there that overlap into not being worth it. Super Strength and CCE are the first two I noticed.
So I'd make some tweaks, but on the whole, I like the ideas. I think he should max out at 12 movement though. That's Superman level speed and would get him plenty far on any map.

Yeah, there are a bunch of little things that could be changed, but I'm still going to try out this dial as-is.
I specifically didn't want to use special powers, it would make things gel a lot better if I did.
The Duo plus Flurry, and the Super Strength plus CCE is almost like insurance. Even if you Outwit one, the other will still be there. Kind of like Fortitude-lite.
I personally would like to see more figures like this, rather than figures like Thor/Loki full of special powers.
I'll play it and let everyone know how it went!
What should the opposing team consist of? SHIELD? The Leader and some minions? Iron Man and some other Avengers?
