QUARRY: Before the beginning of the first turn , choose an opposing character; this character is Dawnstar's quarry. Modify by +1 the attack value of Dawnstar and all friendly characters when they are attacking the quarry.
Alright so I had an interesting discusion on this power. Can you say a character and get the bonus to each figure on an opponents team that is that character (I.E. Batman) or is it one specific figure. Me and the Jusge thought it was all the iterations of the character on a force so long as it was the exact same name, but someone els e pulled out the rule book and said that the definition of character there was a specific figure. I think he is misunderstanding the rules slightly, but I like to get third and forth opinions if possible. How does it work? All Batman's or just one specific one?
Sigh... I wish I had something clever or witty to put here...

No. Just like you can't put Protected on "Batman" and then let any Batman on your team have access to the one, single feat.
A character is just that: a single, specific character.
