Did anyone follow this series? And is anyone besides me really geeking out about the idea of Mikaboshi v. the Marvel Universe in October with the Chaos War storyline?

More Pak! Less Bendis!

Personally, I loved the mini. And the cover of Incredible Hulks makes me want to pick up that comic.

I haven't bought the last issue yet, but I have been loving it. More Pak and less Bendis sound like the kind of Marvel I would love to read.

It turns out no one in my city has read Prince of Power #4. We are in the part of the country that is affected by the LA Diamond distribution SNAFU that recently took place.

We'll get our Prince of Power #4s next week, along with a bunch of other things that apparently weren't delivered. Needless to say, I am reading none of your posts in this thread.

I've been following this and I have to say that Parker, Paks, Brubaker, Dan Slott, Peter David and DnA are my favorite Marvel writers!! Basically, anything non-Bendis/Loeb/Joey Q written!

Basically this is a cosmic story and cosmic stories have been better written than the regular stuff

That's only been a fairly recent thing tho. And Joephisto seems less hands on with the cosmic stuff and it shows.

Kinda but still 5 years ago real time wise as before that the Cosmic verse wasnt bad just that it pretty much was non existent and forgotten

Pretty much. Prince of Power was interesting. Marvels cosmic stuff has been pretty darn good IMO. I loved Annihilation, Conquest was pretty good, GotG is a superb book, and Thanos Imperative isn't so bad so far.

It hadn't really been tapped since the Infinity Gauntlet storyline.
The first one was fairly good, the others after that were crud.

Read it yesterday. Smacked of a filler issue, but was definitely a party. And hey! Hiro-Kala's gonna visit!
