No POGS can carry. As for TA's, there are also:

Jarvis (Avengers)
Security Guard (PD)
Harvey Bullock (PD)

Not technically true, any pog has the ability to carry by using certain game effects. Dial H for Hero can enable any Pog the ability to carry.

And Drag allows Matter-Eater Lad to Drag opposing characters.

The Passenger feat also allows a pog to sacrifice itself in order to carry.
Lila Cheney has Phasing with speed 10 for 6 points.
Lockheed has Leap with speed 9 for 8 points.
Lila's more useful, but Lockheed might last longer with ES/D.

There are currently no POGS that can carry on their own, without help from some other game element, effect, feat card or ability.

Well technically there are no pogs. They're bystander tokens.

Mary Jane pog (with spider-man TA) CAN carry.... when she copies the Underworld TA. Assuming she's carrying another Underworld member or someone copying the TA.

Define "carry on its own" Just it in a vacuum? No, but if that's the case it doesn't have anyone to carry anyhow.

Matter eater lad has Carry, but he can't use it.

No he has flight, but he can't use the Carry ability.

It was worded that way because once all flyers could carry.

All flyers also had flight stands.

Yes there are pogs, just not used in Heroclix.
