Are there any players in the Seattle area? I am aware of Tacoma, Olympia, and Lake Stevens, but those are hefty travel times. Is there any place closer to Shoreline / Lynnwood / Ballard / Bothel / Edmonds / U-district areas?

If anyone is interested in starting or is currently running evening events or tournaments or casual play please let me know!

Two stores I spoke with agreed to START carrying Heroclix and hold events/touranaments/open play on an evening if I can provide the players. This means I need people to contact me regarding an interest in playing in the Seattle area. The 2 locations are:

I would like to add Arcane Comics in Ballard that is willing to do evening games on Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday. Contact me for info.

If you can get prizes consider running tourneys at local comic book conventions. I know that up here in Bham there is a con with Erik Larsen with no gaming scheduled........just a thought.

There is only one convention in Seattle that I know of and that is once a year. It's interesting to hear that some of the comic industry plays like Erik Larson and Ed McGuinness.

Gamma Ray Games in Capital Hill is holding tournaments on Saturdays at 5pm.

theres a great venue in greenwood called dreamstrands. i go there all the time turnys are on sunday at 1 o'clock. there are some great people there and its realy fun.

Comic Stop in Lynnwood. They play every Sat.

We do all kinds of special events (E.G. the Challenge of the Super Power), and the multiple judges intermingle, and you have a HUGE pool of players. the prize support goes beyond just the LE's and there are Championship tournament (a friend of mine holds the current spot, and as soon as the next NCA sanctioned event is run, I'm challenging him to the shot of title)

Saturday: 1-5 pm Northwest Clix Alliance One Year Anniversary event-open to all (default build of 500 Modern Age, No Chase Figures or Resources) Entry: Free The NCA is a HeroClix league in Western Washington. You DO NOT have to be an NCA member to participate in this event. There will be three rounds of play using the default format listed.

Saturday evening: 6-11pm 300 points Modern Age tournament. No resources. Entry $10 Prizes tbd

Sunday: 11am-3pm 400 points Silver Age (all figures legal but no feats on carded figures) Named Theme Team tournament. Entry $10 Prizes tbd
