This was a question me and a buddy were debating and I've looked some (admittedly not a ton), but when exactly did they change the name from Journey into Mystery into the Mighty Thor (or whatever Thor's first title was)
Wouldn't mind knowing the answer to this for other comic titles too (Tales to Astonish, Tales of Suspense etc etc...)
Initiative members with no Butterball?! I call shenanigans! Make Butterball!

Issue #125 was the last for the 1st series.
Then a new one started in the 70's, ran 19 issues.
Then the Thor title was changed back into JIM with issue #503 and ended with #521.
And there was also an issue numbered "Minus 1" in 1996 as the original series was being put to rest (again).
Tales of Suspense lasted 99 issues, after which Captain America assumed its numbering, starting with issue #100 of that title. Iron Man, who shared ToS as a split feature with Cap since issue #59, also got his own book, but the numbering started over for him with issue #1.
Another note about Journey into Mystery, The 1st series started in 1952, stopped for several months starting August 1957 till November of 1958, then continued on till 1966.
"Tales To Astonish" (1st series) ran from 1959 till 1968 and was 101 issues.
The 2nd "Tales To Astonish" series lasted for 14 issues and lasted between 1979 - 1981 and all were reprints of the late 60's Sub-Mariner book.
Then there was a 3rd "Tales To Astonish" series, but it was only just a one-shot issue printed back in 1994.
It should be noted that while vol 1 it remained Journey Into Mystery through issue #125 it was only issue #103 that JIM was the obvious (by sheer size) title of the comic by looking at the cover. By issue #104 "Journey Into Mystery with" had dropped into smaller print and "THOR" (with "The Mighty" residing in the T) appeared to be the title to a casual observer.
