Was wondering since the outwit is on the first click and perplex is on the second. Thinking of playing a theme New Warriors team and was wondering.

If you push him to the second click he is good to go. Perplex has to be the active power to be able to use Brilliant Tactician, though.

Not that it would ever happen, but if WizKids ever made a Hindsight, he'd essentially fit the Oracle role for the team.

I appreciate the help. I don't use a lot of feats I'm still pretty old school when it comes to team builds.
