The first of four Brave and the Bold Print and Play feats benefits duos! But is it really a benefit? Or is this a duo don't-o?

Brave and the Bold released in April, but it wasn't until July when the feats hit the streets in this Normal Distribution article. Appropriately, the duo-heavy set gave players some duo-useful feats.
Sorry boys, not *that* useful. Get back in the tackle box!
Show Off Cost:6 points Prerequisites: Duo
Choose a character. When using the Duo Attack ability, if this character KO's an opposing character with the first attack, you may choose to not give this character a free action for the second attack. Instead, do not give this character an action token for the action, though the action still counts towards your available actions.
How does it work?
Simply, if an opposing figure is KO'd by the first Duo attack you don't have to give that duo figure an action token. If they have no action tokens this leaves your duo fresh to attack the following turn without taking possible push damage. It also lets a duo with a token gamble their way out of taking push damage if they feel they can KO a figure in one hit.
Now let's focus on how it doesn't work - if B&tB Shazam and Black Adam use Hypersonic Speed to smash a Heavy Object over the head of an opposing figure for 7 damage, and that figure is KO'd - Shazam takes an action - even with this feat. Why?
HSS is NOT part of a Duo attack.
Some people think we're an inappropriate team-up.
Don't think of this feat as "when my duo KO's a figure it doesn't receive an action." Rather, it is "when my Duo KO's a figure with the FIRST DUO ATTACK it doesn't receive an action TOKEN."
What are the drawbacks?
The caveats are threefold. First, this can only be used on the first duo attack. Should a duo KO a figure on the second attack, it won't count.
Secondly, it only works if the duo doesn't use their second attack. This might not be a problem if the Duo has no other target available, though a player may decide it's better to strike at a nearby secondary figure.
The last "drawback" is that the action still counts toward available actions. This is self explanatory - if you get (and use) three actions per turn and use this feat successfully, you only place two tokens this turn.
What it doesn't mean - you cannot KO a figure with a duo attack and use the feat to avoid an action token and then give a second action token to the duo to attack the same turn. This is one of the prime tenets of Heroclix listed in the Blackest Night Rulebook:

How is it best used?
On Duos of course. However, a Duo that can deal a lot of damage with an initial Duo attack is bound to get more milage from the feat.
Some people think we have an inappropriate pose.
Duos with Super Strength like Hawk and Dove or Lead and Tin can dish out an easy 4-5 clicks in one initial shot with an object. Likewise, any duo with a printed damage of 4 or better is a good bet (Thor and Loki, Green Lantern and Green Arrow, Green Lantern and Flash). Otherwise, use another figure to soften up an opponent and let the Duo finish them off.
Show Off is great feat that helps Tentpoles prevent pushing damage or getting locked down with two tokens. Unfortunately this feat does not stack with the Brave and the Bold's Power Barrage feat (more on that when we examine Power Barrage). The quick of it: Show Off activates with a Duo attack, whereas Power Barrage specifically avoids the duo attack ability (despite mimicking it with a second free action attack).
Show Off is a useful feat for the many players that feel like Duos are underpowered, giving Duos a slight action advantage on the battlefield.
Now THIS is an inappropriate team up AND pose!
Thanks for reading! Stay tuned as we countdown to DC75 with more Brave and the Bold feats! And please, as always, share your successes and woes with Show Off below!

that last duo (i'm praying it's a mod) is gonna give me nightmares
Actually, I'm praying that it's not a mod. I would much rather believe it to be a factory production error, because if somebody actually modded this piece on purpose, then I have serious concerns about the future of humanity.
You know, I don't think I ever noticed this feat! I have used all the other 3, but I did not know this one even existed!
I didn't know *any* of the B&tB feats existed until they showed up in the units section one day. I completely missed the Wizkids article that introduced them.

How would this interact with Batman and Catwoman's Double Pounce ability?
Quote
DOUBLE POUNCE : Batman and Catwoman can use Leap/Climb. When Batman and Catwoman are given a move action, after the movement is complete Batman and Catwoman may use the Duo Attack ability as a free action.
From my reading of the feat, it would seem that you would be able to use double pounce and gain the benefit of this feat; they are, after all, definitely using the Duo Attack ability.
I absolutely need to use this feat more often on Devil Dinosaur and Moon Boy. Also Power Man and Iron Fist, who indeed also have Starting 3 Damage + Super Strength.

I don't think so. The Duo Ability they get is a free action; they wouldn't be getting an action token from it anyway. You are giving them an action token because of the move action, and then that part of the power is complete. Then they get the Duo Attack, which is effectively a separate action. You can't take back the action token they got from the completed move action.
Though I could be wrong.
