In the vein of "Starstruck" and "Immortal Contempt", I'd like to see more keyword-based feats and ATAs. The theme team bonus is nice, but it doesn't make a Metropolis team stand out from a Gotham one. So here are some ideas. I only did generic keywords, not the bazillion team keywords that I'm sure will eventually have ATAs. I did two Scientist feats, and could probably think of a billion more. The point costs I'm really not sure about. Also, I didn't really know what to do with Opal City, so I left some question marks and maybe somebody can help me out...
Keyword, Prerequisite / Name of card / Effect
Animal / Savage Ferocity / Once per game, as a free action, this character gains +1 to attack, Flurry, and Battle Fury until the start of their next turn. 2 pts
Armor / Upgrades / This character gains +2 to range, +1 to attack. 4 pts
Brute / Ground and Pound / This character gains +1 to damage in close combat. 3 pts
Central City or Keystone City / Home of the Flash / This character gains +1 to speed. When within 8 squares of a character with the Central City or Keystone city keyword and the Hypersonic Speed power, this character gains +1 to defense. 2 pts
Coast City / Strength from Tragedy / When within 10 squares of a character with the Coast City keyword and Green Lantern Corps team ability, this character gains +1 to defense. Whenever another character with the Coast City keyword is KO'd, this character gains Perplex until the end of their next turn, usable on allies only. 3 pts
Cosmic / The Power Cosmic / This character gains the Power Cosmic team ability. Once per game, they may use Perplex to increase one of their own combat values until the beginning of their next turn. 20 pts
Detective / Brilliant Deduction / This character may use Outwit, but only to counter an enemy's Outwit, Perplex, or Shape Change power. 2 pts
Fawcett City / Home of the Big Red Cheese / When within 10 squares of a character with the Fawcett City keyword and Super Strength, this character gains +1 to defese. Once per game, this character may use Probability Control, but only in response to an attack on a character with the Fawcett City keyword. 2 pts
Future / Advanced Science / Whenever one of this character's powers is countered, roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, their power is not countered. 3 pts
Gotham City / Hardened Gothamite / If this character is given a pushing action, roll a d6. On a 4-6 this character does not take pushing damage. If this character is within 10 squares of a character with the Batman Ally team ability and the Gotham City keyword, they gain +1 to attack. 3 pts
Herald / Forewarn / This character may use Probability Control, but only in response to attacks on allies. 10 pts
Kid / Innocent / This character may use Shape Change. Whenever they are the target of an enemy's Outwit or Perplex, they may roll a d6. On a result of 5-6, that attempt is countered. 4 pts
Kree / Warrior Society / This character gains +1 to their attack value. 4 pts
Martial Artist / Flying Kick / This character may use Charge. When they do so, ignore the effect of hindering terrain on their movement, and deal 1 extra knockback (minimum 1). 11 pts
Metropolis / City of Tomorrow / This character gains +1 to defense against characters with the Future or Scientist keyword. When within 10 squares of a character with the Metropolis keyword and Super Strength power, this character gains +1 to speed. 2 pts
Monster / Ravage / Once per game you may use a free action to give this character Blades/Claws/Fangs and Battle Fury until the start of your next turn. 2 pts
Mutant / Mutants United / At the beginning of the game, choose either the Brotherhood or X-Men team ability. This character may use the chosen ability. 7 pts
Mystical / Karma / This character gains the Mystics team ability. Once per game, this character may use Probability control, but not if they are on their first click. 7 pts
Opal City / ???? / ????? ??? ?????
Past / Old School / Give this character a close combat action to make a close combat attack with +1 to attack and damage. This character's attack and damage may not be replaced or otherwise modified by their own or an ally's power or ability when using this feat. 3 pts
Police / Fully Deputized / This character gains the Police team ability and the Capture ability. 20 pts
Politician / Untouchable / This character gains +1 to defense and Shape Change. 3 pts
Psychic / Premonition / Once per game, this character may use Probability Control in response to an attack against themselves or an ally. If they are the target, they may use Super Senses as well. 4 pts
Reporter / Expose / Once per round as a free action, when this character is within 4 squares of a character with Stealth or Shape Change, roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, that character's Stealth and Shape Change are ignored by all characters until the beginning of your next turn. 2 pts
Robot / Built to Last / Whenever this character has no other damage reducing abilities, they may use Toughness. 12 pts
Ruler / Lord of all the Realm / Once per game, this character may use Probability Control. Their range for this power is unlimited and their line of sight is never blocked. 4 pts
Ruler, Mastermind / Benevolent Ruler / When this character is the subject of an attack and chooses not to redirect the damage, you may heal lower-point adjacent allies of an amount equal to the damage taken, split among them evenly, minimum 1 point each. 5 pts
Ruler, Mastermind / Tyrant / When this character uses Mastermind, they may choose for the damage taken to be penetrating. If they do so, they may divide it up among any number of adjacent allies. 5 pts
Scientist / Reconstruct / This character may use Support, but only on a character with the Armor or Robot keyword. Do not subtract 2 from their Support roll. 3 pts
Scientist, Outwit / Neutralizer / When this character uses Outwit, roll a d6. On a result of 5 or 6, all of the target's powers are countered. 3 pts
Shi'ar / Alien Technology / Once per round, roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, this character may use Perplex. 4 pts
Skrull, Shape Change / Secret Invasion / This character's Shape Change may not be countered. 2 pts
Soldier / Grenade / Once per game, this character may use Energy Explosion as if they had a range of 6 . This feat may be assigned multiple times to the same character, granting him an additional use each time. 2 pts
Spy / Double Agent / This character may use Shape Change, and ignores other characters' Shape Change. 3 pts
Star City / Forest Guard / This character gains +1 to attack when within 8 squares of a character with the Star City keyword and Ranged Combat Expert power. Once per game, this character may use Outwit, but only if they or their target is in hindering terrain. 2 pts
Teen / Rebel / This character gains +2 to defense agains Mind Control. If this character is affected by Mind Control, Force Blast, or an enemy's Telekinesis, they gain Battle Fury and +1 to attack until the end of their next turn. 2 pts
Warrior / Warrior's Pride / This character cannot be carried or healed by allies, and gains a +1 to attack and damage. 6 pts
Warrior, Blades/Claws/Fangs / Swordplay / This character gains +2 to defense against close combat attacks. 3 pts

10 squares is a bit much. 8 squares has become the new standard. I'd stick with that.
As a fan of speedsters, I dig the Home of the Flash, but I'd give it some tweaks:
Home of the Flash Keyword(s): Central City and/or Keystone City.
Modify this character's speed value by +1. When this character is within 8 squares of a friendly character that possesses the Central City or Keystone City keywords and can use Hypersonic Speed, modify this character's defense value by +1.

Agreed/done (for some). Some heroes inspire from afar, others by their presence.
Briefly thought of a separate feat, then saw that there are only 2 figs in the game with the Keystone City keyword.
