If I am running a team of multiples (say 3 osiris and 3 isis), and 2 Isis die....would each Osiris then get +1 and another +1 for the 2 dead Isis for a total of +2 to all stats for each Osiris? Thanks!
A SISTER'S GRIEF: If a friendly character named Osiris has been KO'ed this game, modify Isis' combat values by +1 for the rest of the game.
A BROTHER'S RAGE: If a friendly character named Isis has been KO'd this game, modify Osiris's combat values by +1 for the rest of the game.
The bolded "a" is why this doesn't work. The power doesn't care if you got 100 Osiris or Isis figures KOd. It only cares whether or not any did. If any did, then you get the bonus.

To the extent anyone is interested, could we develop some further discussion on this question? I'm not sure I agree with PsychoHippie's interpretaion. The use of the article "a" does not usually mean that something may only be done once a game. For example, the Fantastic Four team ability uses a similar wording ("When a character using the Fantastic Four team ability is KO'd ... each other friendly character using the Fantastic Four team ability can be healed of 1 damage."), and Fantastic Four team ability is not limited to once per game. Typically, if an effect is intended to be limited to once a game, it will say usually so. See, e.g., Ultimate X-Men TA ("Once per game...").
My first inclination when I read the Osiris/Isis traits was to interpret it as meaning Osiris and Isis could gain a combat value increase multiple times per game (subject to the Rule of 3, of course). I can see PsychoHippie's reading as being a potential alternative interpretation, but that was not my thinking from reading the traits. Does anyone else have any thoughts?

I read it more as an if/then statement. "If a Figure named X has been KOd then modify by +1." Multiple instances of being KOd would qualify to make the "then" part active but each instance doesn't activate the "then" part each time. Once the condition has been met there is no more to it.
Side note: in the sealed i played the other day i played 2 Isis-es and an Osiris. After Osiris had to push off his first click or take a click from Ares' Special "Everyone must fight" power i used him with reckless abandon to give both Isis-es the +1 and boy did they rock out. they won me the match. You should have heard me complain after pulling 2 of the same rare. I'm not complaining now.
Comparing OsirIsis's special power to the FF TA is slightly skewed.
FF TA states that "when a friendly character with the FF TA is KO'd..."
It happens at the time of the KO, then resolves. If Reed is still full life when Johnny gets KO'd, Reed cannot later cash in that healing once he does take damage. It's a now-or-never deal.
Osiris/Isis states that "If a friendly character named _____ has been KO'd this game, modify _____ by +1 for the rest of the game."
This is a comparison, not an event. Rather than taking place at the time of KO (which involves using the word "When" instead of "If" and "is" instead of the past tense "has"), Osiris/Isis have a change in status that remains in effect for the rest of the game. Two hundred rounds later, you can still look at your KO'd figures pool and compare:
Has a friendly character named ______ been KO'd? If yes, modify by +1.
For it to stack multiple times, it would have to read like the FFTA: "When a friendly character named Osiris/Isis is KO'd, modify Isis/Osiris's combat values by +1 for the rest of the game." With the simple change of "when" and "is", it becomes a singular event and the +1s happen at the time of KO, thereby stacking. The way it reads presently, it's something you check to see "if" you qualify for, then gain the flat +1 based on whether you qualify or not.

I think sylph is on to something. Basically when the power checks the first half of the statement, to supply the +1 modifier of the second half, there is no provision there to see multiples. If 1 or 100 Isis or Osiris were knocked out they would still just meet the requirement for the second half of the power to go off. The a seems less important to me then the if, because if it said when instead of if then it would stack or at least that's my interpretation.
*Edit* didn't see Sharkbite's post before writing mine, I feel theirs is far more eloquent.

I think that, in order for the trait to work the way you propose, it would have to say "For each Osiris/Isis Ko'd this game..."

I don't know that I agree with this. If it is the first Osiris/Isis or the second they are "a" Osiris/Isis. I don't see anything in the wording that indicates a once per game stipulation.
based on the wording alone and not taking into account possible intent then it would only work once per game. so no matter how many of them are KO'd youd get only +1.
if it had said "If a friendly character named ______ is Ko'd then ____ gets +1 for the remainder of the game." then it would stack. but as it says if one has been KO'd it cannot be interpreted except to only be used once. it doesnt make a provision for how many are KO'd only that one is KO'd

The power doesn't ask "how many". It asks "did a Osiris/Isis get KO'd or did they not?"

Right. When one does they get a +1 to their cmbat values. That's when it's the first one the second one and the third one. I'm just not seeing where it says it's cut off after the first Isis or Osiris is ko'ed. If there are three Isis then Osiris would get a +1 to all his combat values as each Isis is ko'ed.
