Not a great attacker, not that mobile, and not terribly hard to kill, but for the points he still brings enough to a team to be worth it. Maybe he's best used being carried around by a mobile tentpole without Outwit protection. The JSA team ability is a nice bonus.

It's hilarious when you outwit something important so the opponent outwits your outwit thinking that they'll get the power back only to have it outwited again before they can use it. Only person in the game that I know of who can use outwit while it's outwited lol
Now that Stealth is inactive on the active players characters Mr. Terrific can use his Fair Play Outwit to counter powers and abilities on characters with Stealth that are normally not a valid target with regular Outwit.
I feel like they really short-changed him on his physical abilities. He's an Olympic-level athlete and master martial artist. The low speed value is unwarranted, and the lack of Leap/Climb is unacceptable. I can understand them giving him only 1 damage, on the CCE clicks, but he deserves 2 on the clicks that follow. If it were up to me, I think I'd exchange CCE for Perplex, and give him Flurry, on clicks 2-3. This is a good piece, but I would have happily paid more points, for more abilities, for the sake of improving playability and comic accuracy.
