This Figure Has Done Well everytime I've played him. The Perplex is an AMAZING HELP. Even in 300 games paired with Lyss Drak he can do well. She gives him an Opening of 19 Defense TKs him out. He perplexes Down their defense by -2 and attacks...with a 12 attack. Yes. Even against a character with say 20 defense he only needs a 6. (20-2=18) (18-12=6...for those who don't get the math...).

For 300 if you need outwit more than perplex and TK there's also the Manhunter for theme.

This is the premiere alpha striker in heroclix now. The main thing is the trait. It completely turns things in his favor. Just think of his dial as having no attack lower than an eleven and you'll start to understand. Push him off the first click, then fall back a little bit and try to keep him at range. The other nice thing about him is that he works so well with his Sinestro Corps soldiers. All of the perplex in that keyword just makes him insane (especially since you don't have to use it on attack values). I wasn't sold at first, but he's a serious board threat.

great figure. slight upgrade from the crisis version. he does well when kept at range. like everyone with reducers, psy blast kills him. deadshot takes him down a peg, but he still rocks! one of the best sculpts in the game. very good remake. he can beat almost any version of hal jordan!

He is THE premiere anti-tentpole piece in the game. That -2 perplex combined with high AV's just makes him incredibly efficient at picking his targets and taking them apart.

He can't deal with swarms but that's something that could be said about almost every tentpole. The only downside to his dial is starting with toughness but the rest of the dial makes up for it in a big big way.

NOW THIS-- Is the true LEADER of the Sinestro Corps. A figure that is capable of handing out some serious punishment to just about any 1 figure. That opening Toughness hurts, but easily manageable. On a Sinestro Corps theme team, he is absolutely NUTS. Lyssa Drak(arguably the best support in the game for the cost and what she does), with Arkillo and some sort of damage control (I actually like Amon because of :bolt::bolt: with EE). Sinestro NEVER fails to succeed, and with the right support he is a game winning piece every time.

I love the new dial, sure not as playable as the old one but this new one in a larger game will be a valuable asset. Plus a awesome sculpt and unlike the old one i cant see the glue they used to put it on!

Those attack values with PB is a true damage output combination that will make this click potentially one of the great peices to format a team around

without a doubt one of my new favorite figures, he is awesome, great values, that perplex is awesome because even when he rest's I'm sure you'll get some use out of it and it makes akrillo's opening 9 attack a hell of a lot better

My only complaint is dc 75 Sinestro + AA Lyssa Drak + yellow lantern special object = 301 points, sad day! Awesome attack/damage values, ability to punch through invul on every click, mid dial move-and-attack, what's not to love. In golden age, use protected to save him on that toughness click. As stated previously, the Sinestro Corps. keyword has plenty of cheap perplex/tk to throw around. Admittedly, he could use a 10 on range, but the same could be said of every lantern in this set.

Love it. That simple. The only two edged thing about it is the fact you traded out the utility of the Crisis Sinestro in favor of the great stats of this one. As soon as I pulled him my buddy was trying to get my old Crisis one off me for his GLC teams but at 146 an 224 the two are perfect. High point match measn DC75th Sinestro, low point means Crisis.
