{Diana, can you hear me?} Batman's voice was in Wonder Woman's head as if they set up a telepatic connection with J'onn.

{Yes, I hear you just fine, Bruce.} thought back Wonder Woman. {Why not just come yourself?}

{Same reason Clark isn't there.} said Batman. {I didn't want to provoke Riddler, Scarecrow, or Luthor into intervening.}

{So I'm not good enough? Prisilla came out of retirement to join the Legion after the untimely death of Deborah. She has somehow regained her youth, and she blames me for not saving her niece when we last fought. Bruce, Arthur searched the Potomac, and a 100 mile radius where it emties into the Atlantic. He never found her body, but Priscilla still believes I did it on purpose.}

}I didn't realize. I assumed it was Deborah. Damn! Let's hope she can't convince Luthor to join in, then.} thought Batman. Diana could see the scowl on his face.

{I'll be on the lookout. Why is Adam Strange here?} asked Wonder Woman.

{The next Zeta Beam to Rann isn't for another 4 hours.} said Batman. {Adam is, resourceful, observant, and skillful. You asked why I didn't come. Well, with Adam there, I sorta did. Listen to him Diana. He protects a whole world pretty much by himself with a jetpack on his back and a laser pistol.}

{I will, Bruce. I have much respect for Adam. But be in my head with Adam here?} the Amazon arched a mental eyebrow.

{Adam is there to back you up, Princess.} thought Batman. {Barry, Dinah, Reddy, they look up to you and respect you,as does Adam. They weren't just chosen for their powers.}

{Doesn't hurt that I look a little like Alanna.} Diana smirked. {And you, do you respect me?}

{Very much, Princess.} Batman blushed a little. {As well you know.}

{Then watch how you say goodbye to friends.} Diana smiled as Bruce got a big look of surprise on his face. {Clark isn't the only one with enhanced senses, you know. Not only could I hear you, I could smell her sandalwood perfume on you afterword.}

{I...I'm sorry, Diana.} Batman said. {It was a surprise, but it won't happen again...Who's that?}

{Bruce, what's happening?} Wonder Woman said.

{We are under attack, I'll get back to you when I can.} Wonder Woman looked around, the whole conversation with Batman happening at the speed of thought and taking only seconds.

"What do we do, Wonder Woman?" asked the Flash. "Does Batman know which cell J'onn is in?"

"I just lost contact with Batman." answered Wonder Woman. "The Satellite is under attack. Hera knows if its connected to this or not."

"Do you want me to do a super-speed recon?" the Flash prepared to speed off.

"Not yet, Barry." Diana put a hand on his shoulder. "With the Legion of Doom involved, and a week to prepare, who knows what kind of things await? They may have special motion sensers that trigger off your speed that...Athena only knows, but we need to appoach carefully!"

"Makes sense, Wonder Woman." said Flash. "I'll be ready when the time comes."

"Are you we are going to be enough?" said Bishop. "If this Justice League fights Luthor and company, they must be crazy powerful."

"We will or we won't." answered Cyclops. "Either way, this ends today!"

Silver Age JLA Turn 1

"Has Bats reported back in yet?" asked Green Arrow.

"Not yet, but steady yourselves." answered Wonder Woman. "I hear 8 different people in there-one sounds almost beastail!" she said with equal parts disgust and lust.

"What do you want do do, Diana?" said Dinah.

"Attack Plan Delta, League!" Wonder Woman kicked in the triple reinforced steel doors, knocking them off their hinges and sending back a few feet. "Give us back our friend, or by Hera, you WILL PAY!"

"I told ya to spring for the adamantium." Wolverine said. "Petey going be upset he missed tussling with someone in his weight class."

Silver Age JLA Turn 2

"Barry, do a quick peek-a-boo." said Wonder Woman.

"Done." said the Scarlet Speedster, before anyone had realized he left. (Even Barry's R is underpowered in Heroclix. His trait should be he has Super Senses, but make them on a roll 0f 3-6. Then his Defense could have a SP comboing CCR/andES/D. They always have to have some bs way the villian tags him, but when they show him actually using his peed to it's potential, you realize very few people have a real shot of stopping him. I'll get off my soapbox now.) "Diana's right. There are 8 hostiles in there, J'onn's in the farthest cell. He almost seemed to sense me as I tested the cells defenses-I couldn't vibrate in, and a thousand punches in a microsecond didn't seem to faze it."

"We will cross that bridge when we come to it, Flash." Wonder Woman said. "For now, be ready for their response to my...knocking on the door."
