Takes a very different play style to her uncommon self. The BCF and incapacitate would work a lot better switched on the dial, but since this is her xforce stealthy version, she has to start with stealth/bcf. Damage from mind control is a great way to get onto the outwit click, but the last click is almost a waste with 15 def. and no def. power. Almost better to risk ko-ing her by having her xteam heal then having her be flicked away by an opponent.
Both versions are Betsy are great, but this one edges out the Uncommon for 3 reasons: Cost, Mind Control and Outwit. The EW+BCF combo of the standard Psylocke is great, but I prefer a version who is adept at dealing with threats up close and from range.

ehhhhhh! wrong! the other one is much better because at close its almost impossible to hit with her high defence and she starts with tk although this is still a decent piece
DEAR WIZKIDS, THESE FOLKS ALSO WANT TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES CLIX
I really want to like this figure but this version would've been better off in a future set or just not at all. The uncommon version is just much more versatile a piece than this one.
I've always thought her uncommon version would outshine her but I was wrong. I used her along with Wolverine, Archangel and Cable for a X-Force theme team and she did very well. Having Mind Control added to X-Force really helps. She can Mind Control her opponent's fig to attack, or make them walk to Wolverine and get Wolverine slicing up. Late dial Outwit and Incapacitate is an added bonus to provide more support. Her Penetrating/Psychic Blast isn't that useful with the low AVs, but that's why i start using her for the X-Men TA. Awesome fig for the points.
Not sure if I'll ever play this figure. For only 5 points more, you just get so much more with the common figure. In fact, the common Psylocke was definitely my most-used character in 2011. She's got everything this one has, minus the range and MC. She has one more click of life, and higher AV and DV. Plus, she has TK, and TK is much more handy and reliable than MC - especially if she is going to be used on a team like X-Force or Martial Artist that doesn't have a lot of mobility. This isn't a terrible figure, but it's nothing special, either. Compared to the common version, this one is definitely the second-stringer.
Let's Play "Whoizzit?"

This is certainly a more "subtle" Psylocke than the other (better) one with TK... she may not be flinging heroes around through the air, but this feels a bit more psychic-ninja-like to me. Instead here you get a 6-range MC with a close-combat repellant in the form of BCF. Mind Control itself is a bit of a woeful power that can be difficult to use well, but 69 points is otherwise too much without it for this "Indy" piece, so try to make it count. What I like here are those Outwit clicks, each with their own flavor... in particular, click 4 is meant for Stealthy ranged tactics with a good CR defense to handle close encounters, while click 5 focuses on maneuvering for a shot (but is strictly weaker, if you ask me, unless you are dealing with a Power Cosmic foe). Use X-Men to move her onto the Outwit from either click 3 (to heal someone else) or click 6 (to heal her back up).
