I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
Easy vote for CCR on this. I can listen to the Ramones but thry never captured my imagination the way they have with others.

I've seen the Ramones cover of Journey to the Center of the Mind. That cover worked for them. For me, this cover was almost a waste of time. I say almost because, in spite of my not caring for this cover, I appreciate people putting different things out here for us to discuss. If we didn't sometimes push the edge, we would miss lots of the little gems that we have seen in this series.
I prefer the Original by Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Been listening to CCR since I was a small lad. Mother named her dog Susie Q, so I have to go with them.
Susie Q is a cover.

Good luck getting me to vote against song, original or cover, performed by this definitive rock group. I even prefer their cover of Heard It Through the Grapevine over Marvin Gaye's cover. (But then again, I also prefer Gladys Knight's version.)
May all your hits be crits!
On the whole, human beings want to be good — but not too good, and not quite all the time. - George Orwell
I love the Ramones and most of the covers they've done. They inject a bit of the premise of early R&R into most of their covers that they do, but even they can't touch CCR on this one.
