IN CONTACT WITH CEREBRO: If Professor X is in your starting area, he can draw lines of fire and count Range for his Speed, Attack, and Damage powers from the square of any friendly character with whom he shares a keyword.
Quote
Crimson Gem of Cyttorak:
This object can't be destroyed.
Once per game per character, give a character occupying this square a power action and roll a d6 that can't be rerolled. On a 5 or 6, place this object on that character's card. Modify that character's damage value by +1 and that character can use Charge, Super Strength, and Toughness. (Characters can't use more than 1 damage reduction power.) When that character is defeated, place this object in the square they last occupied. At the end of the game, if an opponent's character has this object on their card or all of your characters have been defeated, your opponent scores this object.
I have a few questions assuming that Professor X picks up the Crimson Gem:
1) Would other characters be able to use those powers from the Gem from the square which a friendly character is in?
2) If 1) is possible, when Xavier uses Charge, does that character move from that square?
3) If 1) is possible, when Xavier uses Super Strength, does Xavier carry it in the starting area or would it be in teh square which the character is assumed to Carry it?
4) If 4) Is possible, if Xavier has is Super Strength Outwitted, then does the Object fall under him?

1. No. In Contact with Cerebro only works with powers the professor possesses, and the gem only lets him use powers, without granting possession. He would still get the +1 damage benefit, though. (useful for psychic blast.)
Also note that it is not the other characters using his powers, it's still Professor X using the powers, just using the square of the other characters.
2. He can't use charge from the gem with In Contact with Cerebro.
3. He can't use Super Strength from the gem with In Contact with Cerebro.
4. See 3. Also, the Super Strength from the gem can't be Outwitted, because the character doesn't possess it.

Would "In Contact with Oracle" with Oracle on the card allow for Professor X to use the Perplex or Outwit gained since the PG states the Agents Possess the powers?

Yes, it would.

To boil it down even simpler than this, the power states that he can draw LoF and count range from friendly figure's squares for his speed, attack and damage powers. Using Charge and/or SS, even though they are speed and attack powers, have nothing to do with LoF or counting range, so I don't see how you could ever think this would work.
