With the changes to TK and Stealth, I was wondering How these guys would be affected?

AS it is written now TK needs LOF to the destination square, not the character, and if that destination square is occupied then an attack happens.
All the power you quote block (or disallow completly) LOF drawed to the character. Nothing prevents you from drawing a LOF to tthe square itself (not even the character occupying it) so yes, you can use TK to attack those characters.
And by the way it also work agaisnt characters using Camouflage or the League of Assassin ATA
