Since we are indoors, does Cap's SP ignore changing elevations as well? Or are those "Walls" since we are inside?
Cap's SP would ignore elevated terrain. Only walls and indoor blocking terrain block LOF for Cap, and both are defined as different terrain types from elevated terrain in the rulebook (see pages 11-13).

1. Thinker is not a flier and cannot carry Mr. Mind.
2. The Thinker has Outwit already and cannot use Outwit again from SE TA. From p. 76 of the Modern Age Player's Guide: "When two characters that can use the Superman Enemy team ability are adjacent to each other, the character with the higher point value may be given a free action to use Outwit. That character can use Outwit until the beginning of your next turn, if it cannot use Outwit already and continues to use this ability." (emphasis added)
3. Thinker does not have LOF to Cap from E-12; it's blocked by the blocking terrain at J-11.
4. Jinx has a lower point value than either Thinker or Mr. Mind. She won't be able to use SE TA to outwit someone.

My bad on the first, second, and fourth points. I'll edit the turn.
That being said, the vortex for the LOS from Thinker to Cap is at K11 and J12. A 10 square by one square line of site would cross the vortex of the 5/6th squares making it legal.

That being said, the vortex for the LOS from Thinker to Cap is at K11 and J12. A 10 square by one square line of site would cross the vortex of the 5/6th squares making it legal.
LOF from Thinker at E-12 to Cap at O-11 runs through the following squares:
F-12, G-12, H-12, I-12, and J-12 (5 squares "east"), then one square "north" to J-11, then continuing "east" for another 5 squares: K-11, L-11, M-11, N-11, and O-11. J-11 is blocking, so LOF is blocked.
Put another way, LOF (a straight line) between Thinker and Cap should meet exactly at the midpoint between them, which is the middle of the border between J-11 and J-12. You can't get there without crossing J-11, which is blocking terrain. Consequently, Thinker does not have LOF to Cap if he's in E-12.

for some reason, the 10/1 LOF tool is a bit off. but the LOF can be "counted" so to speak. it goes 6 squares, then up 1, then 6 squares, cause it has to be symmetrical.
that means the LOF goes:
E-12 to J-12 straight across
up 1 to J-11
then J-11 straight across to O-11
the LOF is therefore blocked by the blocking in J-11
like i said, the LOF tool is a bit messed up, and it is kinda hard to see, but i have a LOF diagram that i can email to yall if you wanna see it clearer.
