This has probally been asked before but, I will ask it again. Can a figure with outwit that is B2B with a figure that i stealthed outwit the stealth. I know the rules say that u can't otwit stealth because u have no LOF but, isn't there a implied LOF when B2B is involved?

Nope cant do it. DOnt need LOF to attack when base to base. But do need when shooting, AKA flying character.

But a flying character can not use RCE when BtB with a stealth character. They can use it any other time. Just to let ya know.

I knew wth a flyig figure that tht was the case but, I thoght a grounded figure tat wasn't the case. Well maye they will change hi rul a some time because tat makes no sense that I can kick u whe I'm next to u but, I can't outwit u. I will playby the rule as is but, I still think it is bull.
