As some of you may have noticed, the Final Word Sub - Forum has been wiped clean. With the old forum members were looking and anticipating updates. The problem witb the old system is that it was becoming a duplication of the Player's Guide. With time restraints it was difficult to keep up and update and add every single character. As such, we are choosing to reformat to a system that will help get rulings to you the players.
In what way will it be different?
Well instead of having a listing for each character, we will instead have a Group of Rulings per set. This will allow the ability to find rulings quicker instead of being buried in the forum.
We would also be using the Final Word as a platform to make announcements that will help you find the information faster. An example would be that we could make a posting of the Watch List changes and how they will be ruled.
When I came on board as RA I brought with me a mission to meet the intent of a power/ability and a firm distaste for exploits or loopholes that circumvented the intention of a rule. That's where the Rules team comes in.

If any one sees any errors please PM me and I will correct

Obsessive-compulsive nit-pick: In the thread title, it should be "reference"
Yeah, I hope that when/if it gets sticky'd to the top, the moderator will fix the title.

When a Multi-base character uses Pulse Wave, does the character pick one square to attack from or does the attack radiate from all of its squares?
You may draw line of fire from any square on a multi-base character. That being said since it says may in the rule book that gives you the choice for pulse wave you could choose one square or all squares.

From the main rulebook, page 15:
"When a multi-base character’s attack or line of fire involves multiple targets, each target may have a line of fire drawn from a different square, as long as each square is one that the multi-base character occupies."
Though, I have to ask, why are you posting the question to this thread?
