If a character has Probability Control showing but it has been Outwitted or countered in some way can said character use a Theme Team Probo?

My initial gut reaction is 'yes'. Since they cannot otherwise use PC, they should be able to use the theme PC. Outwit (effectively) removes the power from the dial.

That's what I think, too. But ya never know with heroclix.

Yep. As long as the other requirements are also met. (Not having used themed pc already, not having taken a non-free action, etc.)

Ok, situational follow-up:
Mr Terrific allows an opponent to outwit on your turn.
Probo is used. Terrific has his power activated and for some reason outwits probo. Can theme probo be used after?

I see no reason why it couldn't be used in that case.

Mr. Terrific became awesome, because he can outwit into stealth during the opponents turn... Ms. Marvel outwits my Defense... I outwit ur Stealth/HSS... poor Ms. Marvel (same goes for NC)

But that only last until the beginning of your turn, at which point the opponent gets their stealth back before you get to make an attack.

but it stops them from making the attack... which is the real goal...
