The only piece in the set that is a let down. No super strenght? And, if they are going to do that, then his damage should never drop below 2.
Very "meh."

I would almost use the Thanos from infinity challenge or universe before I would use this Volstag, only use being getting the extra +1 on my other 2 HOT warrior 3 figures.

Let's get it down early: he is inferior to the HOT Volstagg. He is not as good as Blue-eyed Thing or Young Superman for the point cost. Other than these, this is very solid for 100 points, particularly with at least one of his brothers with him. Carry or TK him out to base a ranged menace or a higher point beatstick who isn't as durable and laugh as they try to get rid of the voluminous one, then pound him to the ground.

Seriously, are we expecting the Fast Forces Volstagg to be equal to or better than the SR Volstagg? He's a freakin' SR! I'm glad this piece is inferior, this helps retain the SR's value. While clearly inferior, this is still an okay figure for me. Front loaded charge at least gives him the ability to make a first strike attack - played with the HoT versions of the other Warriors Three, your opponent is probably going to ignore this guy. His real purpose - to let everyone who doesn't have the SR play the Warriors Three - both HoT Fandral and HoT Hogun will have that insane +2 attack, and with proper placement that Attack power of his will make sure that he won't get knocked past his last Impervious click.

this is great for those of us who didn't get the SR from HOT. Because he has the "Warriors Three" keyword, he'll still add +1 to the attack of HoT Fandrel & Hogun per their special power.

LoL. I kind of think that this guy is going to make the value of the HoT SR go up. Glad I traded a Avengers SR Wasp for him when HoT first came out. I almost didn't. Win.

Why would he drive the value up on the hot volstagg? People didn't want him because he was a beast of a figure. They wanted him to play the warriors 3 theme. No this one isn't as good. But he is still an alright piece. Those people who contemplated $50! On volstagg are going to forget about it and just get the ff pack. This will drive his value down. Same goes for Loki. Yes the sr's are better....but not 20-30$ better.

I didn't expect him to be as good as the SR from HoT but I did expect him to be much better than this. Oh well.

not bad not great either. i would take Ursa Major over him for 2 more points or ch'od for 1 more point.

I think he was kidding and just meant that this one is not even in the same timezone as the HoT original.

He's certainly playable. I totally understand some of the comments on his underwhelming dial compared to the original, but more than anything I appreciate this gesture on the part of Wizkids and hope it continues. I would love nothing more than to see a First Class X-men boxed set with a modern age GSX Magneto sculpt and new dial. Even if the dials don't match the power of the originals, it's nice to have access to some characters we otherwise can't pull and can't afford.

Amazing what an extra 3 point gets you.
