I am not sure, but I think the ATA would still work. As I don't think Pulse Wave ignores keyword, which are used for ATA's. We'll need a judge ruling on this...

Pulse wave ignores team abilities, both regular and ATAs.
I wouldn't allow SS feedback in this scenario.
But wouldn't Pulse Wave be resolved before the TA triggered?
The TA isn't being used when the Pulse Wave happens. It happens afterwards.
I can't access the PDFs at the moment, but doesn't the ATA trigger when the figure is KOed? That is definitely before the PW resolves when the ATA is ignored.
Thugit, your forget rule #2. Quote the game effect for reference.
Quote
SECRET SIX
Keyword(s): Secret Six
Cost: 3 Whenever a character using this team ability is KO’d, you
may roll a d6 and subtract 2 (minimum 1). Deal that much
damage, divide as you choose, among any number of
opposing characters adjacent to the square the KO’d
character occupied.
Quote
Pulse Wave
Give this character a ranged combat action; halve its range
value until the action has been resolved. Draw lines of fire to
all characters within range in every direction; these lines of
fire are only blocked by walls, blocking and elevated terrain. All game effects possessed or used by other characters with a
line of fire drawn to them are ignored until the action has
been resolved. At least one opposing character must have a
line of fire drawn to it to activate this power. If ignoring a
game effect would cause a character with a line of fire drawn
to it to no longer have a line of fire drawn to it, then it is not
ignored. If lines of fire can be drawn to two or more
characters, this character's damage value becomes 1 and is
locked. Make a single ranged combat attack (even if this
character is adjacent to an opposing character) and compare
the attack total to the defense value of all other characters
with a line of fire drawn to it; each character hit is dealt
damage.
The ko has to occur before the action is resolved, so the team ability would still be ignored at that point, and thus, never trigger.
Rule #1 is "never get involved in a land war in Asia.
