To piggy back on the Robin question, he still needs to have LoF to the target, right? Like if he swings his smoke cloud around a wall, he can't then try to incap someone on the other side, can he?

That's correct. It has to be a character that he could legally target with an attack.

Colossal Stamina does it apply to all Colossal's (please list those that don't for future reference) where they take damage after 2 tokens.

All Colossals can use the Colossal Stamina ability. Some may have other abilities allowing them to take actions when they have two tokens without taking damage though.
