So I did some digging on the site and I've confirmed for myself the obvious stuff presented with this figure the only issue left for me to resolve is with the throwing of the object itself. Where I game the GM said that because it was a running shot it was treated purely as a ranged attack however other characters that throw objects are (at least here) treated like TKers are and they allow them to throw their objects at figures in cover, with stealth, because they are targeting the 'square' they are on.
So my question is, by the same logic, if Captain is throwing his shield, which is a light object, can he not designate a single square and lob his shield into it rather than the default ability it conveys?

Edit:
Hope this didn't sound too confusing.

USING OBJECTS IN RANGED
COMBAT ATTACKS
A character holding an object may throw it at a
single opposing character, as shown in Figure 17;
a character holding an object does not have to
attack with the object when given a ranged combat
action. To throw an object, give the character a
ranged combat action and make a ranged combat
attack, even if its range value is 0. Regardless of the
attacker’s Range Value, light objects can be thrown
8 squares; heavy objects, 6 squares. Regardless of
the attacker’s Damage Value, a successful ranged
combat attack with an object deals Object Damage.
Object Damage means a light object deals 2
damage; and a heavy object deals 3 damage.
An object "thrown" using TK targets the square, allowing you to hit a stealthed target. Throwing an object that is being held via Super Strength (which is the only way to hold an object) is a Ranged Combat Action that is targeting a character itself, so whether it's Captain America throwing his shield with Running Shot or Juggernaut just standing there throwing a standard light object, Line of Fire would be required for both.

Thanks, I was told incorrectly for throwing objects, much appreciated.
